DC - Norma's Rulers and Feathers
Norma will cover the techniques you need when free-motion quilting with rulers. As an added bonus, she will share her favorite designs for you to practice. These designs are perfect to quilt in your piecing and borders. This class also covers quilting feathers without spines, backtracking, echoing and filling shapes with feathers.
